Welcome to the CMDA Ventura County Chapter website.
We are a fellowship of Christian physicians and dentists in Ventura County, California, desiring to glorify God by:
- living out the character of Christ in our homes, practices, community and around the world;
- pursuing professional competence and Christ-like compassion in our daily work;
- influencing our families, colleagues, and patients toward a right relationship with Jesus Christ;
- advancing Biblical principles in bioethics and health to the Church and society.
Although the information presented on this website is meant for the health professional, the lay person may also find it useful by visiting our bookstore or using our link to search for a Christian doctor in your area to serve you. Feel free to browse our webpages to see what we are all about.
RIGHT OF CONSCIENCE
The Christian Medical & Dental Associations is commited to providing the most up-to-date information on the legislative, ethical and medical aspects of the fight to protect the rights of medical professionals. We've compiled a great amount of resources that you can use to educate yourself and others about this important issue. So get involved today: talk about the issue with your friends, write your senators and send a letter to your local newspaper to let others know how important it is to maintain the right of conscience.
